But it seems to have everything one can need to relax on the beach or enjoy water sports. There is a bicycle path around the whole lake and marked hiking trail. Also we had a problem with the showers. It seems you have cold water or boiling water. Very hard to find a sweet spot in the middle. We just stayed for 6 nights in mid July. We had a heatwave which brought its own issue with these houses. The kitchen is a conservatory so once the sun comes out its unbearably hot.

Unfortunately only a one night stay n a lovely little corner of Ireland and would have liked to spend a few more days to explore.
